Designed especially for the EOS 5D Digital SLR Camera,the BG-E4 is a battery grip constructed with the same magnesium alloy as the camera's exterior, and it has a solid and comfortable hold. The grip accommodates two BP-511A/514/512/511 battery packs or 6 AA batteries. The BG-E4 Battery Grip features a shutter release button, and an AE/FE lock button, an AF point selector and a main dial to allow comfortable use of the camera when it is vertically held.
