UK DELIVERY IS COMPLETELY FREE: We Use Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery or DHL Next Day Delivery, all fully Insured.  Goods will be delivered as soon as possible after your payment has been received. This can take anywhere between 1 and 10 working days, depending on the item ordered, the day the order is placed and your location.

You will be kept fully informed by email, or telephone, as to the status of your order. All orders are sent by Reliable  Delivery Services only. We do not use dropshippers

OUTSIDE UK: Items will be sent by DHL Express Couriers. There will be a set charge per order of £29.99.

WARRANTY: All Cameras and Lenses sold on this site are covered by Nikon and Canon 12 months manufacturers warranty. All repairs will be carried out by Nikon and Canon.

GUARANTEE: All items sold through Martin's Camera Shop come with a 7 day money back guarantee. In the unlikely event of you being dissatisfied with your purchase, and upon the safe return of the item in question within 7 days of receiving it,  we will refund your money in full, excluding return postage and packing. CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS  please add your items into your cart, proceed through the checkout and follow the very simple instructions. Please note, Debit cards do not qualify for the 3% discount.

PAYMENT BY CHEQUE / BANK TRANSFER (UK Cheques Only) We will give you a discount of 3% off the total order price if you are in a position to pay for your purchase by cheque or bank transfer. This is the amount we are charged by the banks for taking card payments. We would rather you have the 3% than them. You can still place your order through the normal checkout and simply send your payment for the discounted price.

CASH ON COLLECTION AT OUR STORE If you would like to order your item and then visit our shop to collect it, you will receive your 3% discount if you pay by cash. Please telephone us with your instructions.

  If you wish to pay by cheque, bank transfer or cash, you will need to enter the coupon code 3% when you are prompted to do so during the checkout process to qualify for your discount.
