UK DELIVERY IS COMPLETELY FREE: We Use Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery or DHL Next Day Delivery, all fully Insured.  Goods will be delivered as soon as possible after your payment has been received. This can take anywhere between 1 and 10 working days, depending on the item ordered, the day the order is placed and your location.

You will be kept fully informed by email, or telephone, as to the status of your order. All orders are sent by Reliable  Delivery Services only. We do not use dropshippers

OUTSIDE UK: Items will be sent by DHL Express Couriers. There will be a set charge per order of £29.99.

WARRANTY: All Cameras and Lenses sold on this site are covered by Nikon or Canon 12 months manufacturers warranty. All repairs will be carried out by Nikon or Canon. If the item you receive is dead on arrival and you return it to us within 7 days, we will replace the item with a brand new unit.

GUARANTEE: All items sold through Martin's Camera Shop come with a 7 day money back guarantee. In the unlikely event of you being dissatisfied with your purchase, and upon the safe return of the item in question within 7 days of receiving it,  we will refund your money in full, excluding return postage and packing. We accept payments by all major credit Credit and Debit cards. You have the choice of ordering online 24 hrs per day or, if you prefer, telephoning us during opening hours with your payment details. Orders paid by Card can only be posted to the billing address.

CHEQUE OR BANK TRANSFER PAYMENTS

We will give you an extra 3% discount off your total order price if you choose to pay by cheque or bank transfer for your purchase. This is the same percentage that we have to pay our banks for processing credit or debit card payments. We would rather give the 3% to our customers than to the banks. Also, if you pay by cheque or Bank Transfer you can have your order posted to any address you wish.
