Terms and Conditions
REFUNDS will be issued on all returned goods following a complete inspection of the item in question and providing that the goods are returned in the same condition that you received them, within 7 Days of receipt. All funds paid will be returned either by cheque or electronic payment, excluding return postage and packing. Refunds may take up to 5 days to process. Note: All serial numbers are logged on all items we sell.
LATE RETURNS: Under no circumstances will we accept returned goods for refunds later than 7 days after they have been signed for.
WARRANTY claims can be made for manufacturers faults only. No responsibility will be taken for damage caused to goods through careless or rough handling or misuse or abuse of any kind.
UNDELIVERED ITEM CLAIMS. Any fraudulent claims for unreceived items will be treated seriously and all relevent information will be passed to the police. Once a signature has been received from somebody at the delivery address, or billing address, specified by the buyer at the time of placing the order, as far as we are concerned, the item has been delivered.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES: We reserve the right to ship all items to the billing address on the credit card if we suspect that a credit card fraud may be taking place. We will not ship to an address which is in a different country to that of the billing address. Any fraudulent activity will be reported to the police. We will always prosecute thieves without exception.
COLLECTIONS AT OUR SHOP: All goods collected in person at our shop premises must be paid for in advance by credit card, bank transfer or cheque. We do not keep any cash on the premises at anytime. A signature will be required to confirm that you have received your goods.
